Collected data

  • Contact details such as name, email address and phone number.
  • Move information including addresses, preferred dates, property type, stairs, packing needs and service add-ons.
  • Order, payment, customer support and completion records linked to your booking.

Purpose and lawful basis

  • We process data to prepare quotes, schedule jobs, collect deposits and deliver the contracted relocation service.
  • We also use service records to answer customer support requests, resolve disputes and meet legal, fraud-prevention or accounting duties.
  • Where analytics or optional preferences are involved, we rely on consent where required.

Retention and deletion

  • Operational records are kept only for as long as needed to provide the service, manage aftercare and satisfy legal retention obligations.
  • Support or claims records may be retained longer while a refund, insurance or dispute review remains open.
  • You may request deletion when we no longer need the data for contract performance or legal compliance.

Sharing and contact

  • We share data only with providers needed for hosting, secure sign-in, payments and essential service communications.
  • We do not sell customer personal data and we limit access to staff who need it for service delivery or support.
